Meet & Greet parking, sometimes called valet parking, is a service where a driver meets you at your departure terminal, takes your car, and parks it in a secure car park while you travel. When you get back, your car is returned to the arrivals area.
How does it work?
- Book online: enter your drop-off and return dates and pick your terminal.
- On the day, drive to your terminal's departures drop-off area.
- Our driver meets you at the agreed time.
- Hand over your keys and the car is taken to our secure car park.
- When you land, call or text us and your car is brought to arrivals.
Is it safe?
Your car is handled by our trained drivers and checked with you at handover and again on return. It is stored in a secure car park while you are away. See our terms and conditions for details of cover and responsibilities.
Is it worth paying more than Park & Ride?
For families with young children, passengers with mobility needs, or anyone on an early or late flight, the convenience is usually well worth it. The difference is typically just £20–40 extra for a 7-day trip.
What do I need on the day?
Just your car keys and your booking confirmation or reference number. Our driver takes care of the rest.
