Meet & Greet parking removes the car park from your journey. Here is what happens from booking to landing.
- Book online. Choose your dates and terminal. Confirmation arrives by email and SMS.
- Drive to your terminal. Your driver meets you at the departures drop-off at your booked time.
- Hand over the keys. Your car is checked with you, then taken to our secure car park near Heathrow.

When does the driver meet me?
You choose your drop-off time when you book. Your driver is at the terminal drop-off area at that time, so please arrive within your booked window.
What if my flight is delayed on the way back?
Just let us know when you have landed and collected your luggage. Your car is brought to the arrivals area from there.
Is my car insured while you have it?

Do you take every type of vehicle?
